Product Application
This equipment is fully CNC V Groover Machine for metal sheet.
It adopts advanced CNC system and innovative design with the advantages of high processing precision, simple operation, no noise, no vibration and so on.
It is widely used in the sheet metal V-groove, U-groove and other irregular groove processing (including stainless steel, aluminum, aluminum plate, copper, iron, plastic, wood, acrylic panels and other special plates.).
Particularly, it is applicable to the V-groove processing of sheet metal before bending .
1 CNC V Groover Machine has all features of traditional machines. Besides,it has be designed to meet the most advanced technology, so all the problem user may encounter during production can be solved
2 The machine is steel-welded structure, vibration to eliminate stress, with high strength and good rigidity. It has more stabilized features than its counterparts home and abroad
3 The machine apply back feeding structure,universal ball to prevent the material from been scratched during being feed in and out
4 Three blade fixed in back and front to reduce the metal scrap effectively
5 Full Pneumatic clamping and holding system make it possible for the machine work in high efficiency,the products then free from indentation. Wind-blowing is through the whole process. The working area is installed with excellent lighting system.
6 The equipment adopts the big pitched ball screw ,apply high torqued servo motors as the main drive, which makes knives more stable and faster when processing.
7 The the base surface of the worktable is made from High tensile steel plate,which make the workpiece resistant from abrasion.
The base panel and the main frame are connected in an adjustable way,which make make sure the distance between the tip of blade and the base panel in 0.02mm at every point.
8 Equipment which adopts PLC man-machine interface programming allows the operating personnel easy to understand and locate accurately.
9 Clamp and hold down are full Pneumatic controlled,which make the machine environmental friendly
