HP27-1600T series single action hydraullic stamping lab press equipment
The series hydraulic machine is an ideal equipment for sheet metal’s stamping and forming,it is completely suitable for stamping and pressing metal sheet products.
This series of hydraulic press include tetrastyle (HP27 type) and frame style(HP27 K type),tetrstyle has the advantage of simple structure, wideopen work, economic, practical; framestyle has good rigidity, high precision of stability,strong capacity against deflection and inclined loading proof capability. It uses the
hydraulic cushion pressure to top the edge and it can adjust flexibly different blank holder.
The machine in the hydraulic cylinder is arranged in the center of the slider, the worktable of the machine has a fixed type and movable type for the user to choose. The machine cylinder (tensile) pressure, hydraulic
cushion pressure (pressure side),stroke, hydraulic cushion stroke can be adjusted in a certain range
according to the need.
The machine has the independent electrical and hydraulic system, it has the adjustment,manual and semiautomatic operating methods and constant process and pressure. It is Safe and reliable to work, and it is convenient to be repaired.
