I Brief Introduction
Our automatic wooden handle forming machine changes the traditional single blade skewering methods of the old machines, Our automatic wooden handle forming machine applys two blades to form wooden handle. This will save the processing of turning sides of wooden handle when operating the machine. Moulding plate will be fixed only by fastening two screws. The ratio of sizes of moulding plate and wooden handle is 1:1. The wooden handle process is very easy. Feeding is continuous. Feeding process is in front while output is in the behind. Forming of handles is automatic, which saves process of loading and unloading of brush. As a result, all this will save working time.
II Performance and Features
1.Safe performance
Blades of automatic wooden handle forming machine are inside, namely being installed inside the machine. It is impossible that workers' fingers can touch blades. Therefore, there is no fingers hurting and broken events. 2. Easy to operate
Speeding of handle forming can be adjusted but not be decided by skill of workers. Workers just need to put handles on moulding plate and no other requirement is needed.
3.Practical Performance
We can design different models of automatic wooden handle forming machine according to customers' different wood. The general model is suit to common wood with good tenacity and wood lines being in same direction with blades. Special I model is particularly used to process wood with brittleness and wood lines being not straight. The forming process is that push blades to neck parts and then pull blades reversely from backside in case that it will destroy wood. This special model is suit to process birch.
