Characters:
1.Sawdust and wood shaving are compressed into blocks and never-ending completely without adding any additives, while processing costs are very low.
2.The nature of sawdust according is different according to the different varieties of wood. Generally, pine sawdust is relatively small and fragmented, and it is not easy to be compressed into blocks. Poplar sawdust is bigger and its collusion is stronger, so it is easier to compress into a block.
3.If we want to compress into block which is never-ending, the moisture should not be more than 14%.
4.Wood shaving is very dry and low moisture. Its moisture is less than 14% , and its collusion is very strong. It is easier to compress into block than sawdust.
5.This machine adopts the PLC controlling system, and it can achieve the freedom of manual and automatic switching. The capacity is 90 bags/ hour.
