Our factory manufacture and export pre-stressed concrete spun pile steel moulds. Generally, the range of diameter is from 250mm to 800mm. Length is from 6m to 18m.

Working Principle:
1. This spun pile steel mould shall operate together with pile spinning machine.
2. This mould forms pile under the force of centrifugal. There are longitude stiffeners and latitude stiffeners on the mould surface.
3. The mould rotates in high speed under the motor driven. The redundant water in the slurry is released by the force of centrifugal, and the concrete is dense and high in strength. And the spun pile is formed around the inner wall of the mould.
