I.Applications
Double screws continuous extractor is used to extract juice from different materials such as grape,thorn fruit,guava,ginger,spinach,cassava,fresh stalk ,sugar cane, dates,pears,apples,ginger,apricot, boiled tea leaves, fermented bagasse, fruit fermented peel and other vegetables and fermented vegetables such as celery,cucumber,sugarbeet,bagasse residue, and other agriculture waste such as manure, cow dung ,etc.These parts that touch raw material are made of fully stainless steel .
II.Structure introduction
The machine is composed of main frame,driving system,feeding system,extracting system,hydraulic system,electric controller and outside cover.Pressing screw is rotating,together with the main spindle,material handling spiral collar on the spindle is counter-rotating with the pressing screw.And the pressure can be adjusted easily.
III Working Theory
The plunger-type pump provide oil to hydraulic system pressure and control the pressure through the adjustable pressure relief valve,Two fuel tanks mounted on the rea bearing seat,to control the size of the material outlet and the moisture of the slag through piston rod extending.
