Main applications:
This machine is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry material grinding purposes.
Operating principle:
This machine is operated with he use of the relative motion between the mobile gears and fixed gears.
It smashes the materials by the combined effects of the impact and the friction of the toothed gears,
and the impact between the materials. Its structure is simple and sturdy. It operates smoothly and the
crushing effect is good.The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber.
The size of the particle can be controlled through the change of the aperture sieve. The casing inner
wall is processed to achieve a smooth surface. The medicine, food and chemical productions are all
up to the requirements of "GMP" .The whole machine is made of stainless steel.The grinding chambers
of the Model :WF30 and the Model :WF40 can be equipped with the water cooling jacket. This
machine has reached the international advanced level.
Operation and note:
1.Check if all fasteners of the machine are tightened and the belt is tight before using.
2. The revolve of the principal axis should be in line with the direction of the arrow on the protective
cover. Otherwise, the machine will be broken and may hurt one's body.
3.Check the electrical integrity.
4.Check the grinding chamber to ensure that there are no metal and other hard debris,which will
bash the tool and affect the operation of the machine.
5. The material should be checked to pick out the metal and other hard debris. In this way, the tool
will not be bashed and the combustion will be avoided.
6. Oil cups on the machine should always be injected into the lubricating oil. So the machine will run
smoothly.
7. Stop feeding before shutdown. If you don't continue to use the machine ,clear the remnants of the
machine.
8. Inspect the tool and the screen regularly. If they are damaged, replace them directly.
9. A small vibration will occur in the running of the machine.Be sure to tighten the connection of the
cover and the handle to avoid the accident.
