Multilayered sintered Wire Mesh, a new type of filter material with high mechanical strength and rigid structure, is specially manufactured by pressing and sintering laminated layers of metal woven wire mesh. Each layer of metal woven wire mesh is interleaved to form a homogeneous and ideal filter structure, not only to overcome the low strength&rigidity and unstable mesh shape of ordinary metal wire mesh, but also to make a reasonable matching and design on the hole size, permeability and strength of materials; so that it has excellent filtration precision, filter impedance, mechanical strength, abrasion performance, heat resistance and the process ability ,and obviously its overall performance is significantly better than the sintered metal powder, ceramics, fiber, filter cloth, filter paper and other types of filter materials. At present, our multilayered sintered wire mesh series products , involved in filtration and purification, separation of gas - solid, liquid - solid and gas - liquid, transpiration cooling, gas distribution, air flotation transmission, fluidized bed, air sampling, damping, noise elimination, inflaming retarding, etc. are widely used in areas of aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, machinery, pharmaceutical, food, synthetic fiber, film, environmental protection and other industrial fields.
Specification:
1) Standard materials are SUS304 (AISI304), SUS316 (AISI316), SUS316L (AISI316L); Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel and other special alloys also can be customized for the customer.
2) Standard Size: 500 × 1000 mm, 600 × 1200 mm, 1000 × 1000mm, 1200 × 1200mm.
3) Filtration Precision :1 um -100um;
4) Special specifications can be supplied according to the buyer's requirements.
