Two component manual PU filter adhesive SLAP133
PU adhesive is flexible and it can be made filter end caps by casting, thus saving the metal end caps and rubber strips of air filters. And it is the best product for plate filters as well.

1. How to use the high quality special PU glue for air filter?
- 1. Stir evenly component A by manual drill before everyday using and shake evenly component B;
- 2. Add 3-6g water in component A per kg
- 3. Clean the mold by mold release agent.
- 4. Mix component A and B in a ratio of 100:33, and add 40% talcum power. Stir the mixed glue by 2800-roll-per-minute-rotor drill. The time depends on the quantity. Generally 7-10seconds for per 100g glue.
- 5. Pour the evenly stirred glue in the mold and press the paper filter on it.
- 6. Releasing the mold after 10 minutes.
- 1. 6-9 months for Component A and B
- 2. Better to store in a room above 15°C
- 1. The glue should be stored in a dry room to avoid water, humidity and direct sunshine. Both the inner and outer caps should be tightly closed to avoid humidity in the air and affect the effectiveness.
- 2. The normal working temperature of AB glue is 25°C. If the environment temperature is too high or too low, the effect may be affected. Better adjust the temperature manually.
- 3. Clean the mold and do not pour the glue until the mold is clean and drying up.
