Slide cutter is formed of a cutter rail and a slider insert into the rail. The blade is concealed inside the slider.

Use step:

1.attach the slide cutter to the edge of box. 

2. pull desired amount of cling film over the cutter rail,

3.push the blue slider from one end of the rail to the other end, and the film is cut neatly and easily!
