V type cloth combined sealing ring
The sealing property is good and service life is high. The service life of dynamic pressure seal is 5-10 times higher than that of common rubber seal products and the multiple can reach 10 times at most. Under some conditions, the service life is the same as that of seal cardinal number.
The friction resistance is small and dynamic friction and static friction are the same. The friction is 1/2-1/4 of that of O type.
Properties:
Movement under low speed and low pressure.
For high abrasion resistance, it has automatic elastic compensation function after the sealing surface is worn and can be used as oil free lubrication seal.
The structure is simple and the installation is convenient
Work pressure: 35MPA
Movement speed: 3m/s
Work temperature:
- 40 ℃ - + 120 ℃ (material NBR);
-40 ℃ + 170 ℃ (material HNBR);
-30 ℃ -+200 ℃ (material FKM or VITON);
which can be used for large scale, heavily loaded with hydraulic shock and the site has the strict requirement for high and low pressure .
Characteristics:
Best pressing tightly with hydraulic pressure capacity.
Pre-tightening force is not required.
Special rubber ring can provide sealing function under low pressure.
It has antipressure function and can apply to adjustable nonadjustable sealing grooves.
