Great performance and easy to use, honty Hydraulic Dock Levelers offer the smoothest transitions in the industry, require minimal maintenance and have the lowest lifetime ownership costs.
- Only to push the button, the ramp lift automatically, the operation is very simple, free the button, the ramp drop by gravity, the extended board is on the carbox, then it can be use.
- Though driving system, big cylinder lifts the ramp, to the top, small cylinder lifts the extended board, the surface board is made of high quality checkered iron plate from Jinan Steel Group, which make it a longer life.
- Hydraulic system is imported from Italy, very good performance, few maintenance.
- Unique “streamline” extended board design, compared with traditional design, the welding area is 3 times, which makes it more stronger.
- There are 3 movables boards on both side of the ramp for safty to avoid from hurting labors’ toes when the machine drops. There is a open design under the surface board to make cleaning more convenient.
- Unique designed “I" structure makes pressure distribute, reduces the torque force on the main structure, which is better than channel structure.
- When maintenance and cleaning is necessary, stay bar support the surface board, better in safty.
