The temperature of the profile will lower down to 450°C when it is transferred about 10 meters to the run-out and at this stage the best material is Para-Aramid roller sleeve. There are two types of roller tube: green roller tube (85% Para-Aramid + 15% carbon fiber) and yellow ones (100% Para-Aramid). High density is the key factor for good abrasion resistance and XINGKE standard is 400g/m2.mm, i.e. for 10mm roller tube the weight per square meter is 4000g/m2. More over, resin treatment is available on request for better abrasion resistance and longer service life.
