Product introductions
Vacuum Oven, the material is tobe dried under vacuum conditions, heating and drying. Use vacuum pump to pumpair and humidity out, make the working room form vacuum, speed up the drying speed.
- When the heating temperature constant, increasethe degree of vacuum, can speed up the drying rate.
- When the vacuum is constant, increase heating temperature, can speed up the drying rate.
- Both to improve the degree of vacuum, and improve the heating temperature, greatly speed up the drying rate.
Features
1)Under Vacuum condition, the boiling point of materials solution is reduced. So to a certain amount of heat transfer, it saves the evaporator heat transfer area.
2)Heat source for operation of evaporation can use low-pressure steam or waste heat steam.
3)The heat loss of the evaporator can be reduced.
4)Used in drying of decompose and polymerize and deterioration of heat-sensitive materials at high temperature.
5)Before drying can be disinfected, the drying process were not mixed with any impurities
6)It is a static vacuum dryer, compactsolid dry material is not damaged.
Question: I need chambers very urgently, do you have stock ?
LIB: we have no stock, our standard delivery is 25 days , if you need in urgent , we can speed up the production ,will short to 15 days , customer should notice before order .

LIB: Our payment is 50% with order, and 50% before delivery.

LIB: Yes, LIB can arrange shipping to your country and to your office ( Lab) by sea, by air, by train and by truck on conditions FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU and DDP for customers .
Question: Can we visit your plant before order?
LIB: We welcome and sincerely invite you or your team to visit our plant, we will help you to arrange hotel and pick you up from airport.
Question: Have you sold chambers to our country?
LIB: Now LIB climatic test chambers sold to more than 25 countries, like USA, Canada, Russia, UK, Italy, Germany, European Union, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand Vietnam, Thailand, Iran, Brazil ……and so on .
Question: Can you arrange installations and commissioning in our lab?
LIB: Firstly, for standard chamber we had 5 days commissioning before shipping , you just need link power in your lab, then can start to operate; Secondly; we had detailed operation manual with chamber , any problems you can find and solve in it; Thirdly, some of customized chambers we should to install and teach your team to operate .
Question: How about your warranty?
LIB: It is three years warranty for every LIB’s chamber, and lifetime service. Now LIB has 8 agents in the world, and in Europe (Italy) , America (USA) Middle East(Iran) had service office, we can in first time to solve your problems.
