If the equipment is under the ordinary usage and arise any hardware problem which caused by product itself, rather than human error, we will offer the repair to you. * Firstly, we can provide the spare parts with you. And also provide the solution about the troubleof the products. * Secondly, Please send back the apparatus ,which will be repaired by our company. * Lastly, we would like to appoint our technical engineer to yourcompany to repair the apparatus.
Question: I need chambers very urgently, do you have stock ?
LIB: we have no stock, our standard delivery is 25 days , if you need in urgent , we can speed up the production ,will short to 15 days , customer should notice before order .
Question: How about your LIB payment terms?
LIB: Our payment is 50% with order, and 50% before delivery.
Question: Can LIB arrange delivery to our office (Lab)?
LIB: Yes, LIB can arrange shipping to your country and to your office ( Lab) by sea, by air, by train and by truck on conditions FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU and DDP for customers .
Question: Can we visit your plant before order?
LIB: We welcome and sincerely invite you or your team to visit our plant, we will help you arrange hotel and pick you up from airport.
Question: Have you sold chambers to our country?
LIB: Now LIB climatic test chambers sold to more than 25 countries, like USA, Canada, Russia, UK, Italy, Germany, European Union, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand Vietnam, Thailand, Iran, Brazil ……and so on .
Question: Can you arrange installations and commissioning in our lab?
LIB: Firstly, for standard chamber we had 5 days commissioning before shipping , you just need link power in your lab, then can start to operate; Secondly; we had detailed operation manual with chamber , any problems you can find and solve in it; Thirdly, some of customized chambers we should install and teach your team to operate .
Question: How about your warranty?
LIB: It is three years warranty for every LIB’s chamber, and lifetime service. Now LIB has 8 agents in the world, and in Europe (Italy) , America (USA) Middle East(Iran) had service office, we can in first time to solve your problems
