Material preparation-bending-welding-repair and grinding-reforming-flushing-fix bottom plate-welding bottom plate-opening door-welding door strip, electric strip, and locking-bending arm-hot dip galvanization-plastic powder painted-inspection-shipment.
We controlled the quality according to ISO9001:2008, every production processes has a squad leader to doubled check the quality. Our aim is to delivery the zero-defect products to our clients, and we solve all the quality problems in our factory before shipment.

usually covered by woven bag, or following client's requirements, photos below for reference. and 15 days for a 40ft container quantity; or following the discussion between buyer and seller.
