Description of stainless steel manual 2 inch ball valve :
The stainless steel manual 2 inch ball valve has completely been finished by our R&D department,adopting floating ball or trunnion mounted ball structure according to different sizes,mainly used in natural gas, oil, water and other medium.They are recommended for city gas, city heating systems,petrochemical,pharmacy and other kinds of pipeline equipment applications, as the on-off control device. The valve body is made from high strength seamless carbon steel pipes,and the ball seats are composed with single or double sealing rings,which could guarantee the reliability and long-term function.

Characteristics:
1.Fully welded design,different from conventional type with bolts to connect body and cap,which could ensure there is no any potential risk of leakage between valve body and cap.
2.Ball and stems employ stainless steel material,which has good corrosion resistance,and sealing material is FPM and PTFE+C,which has the characteristics of high strength, high temperature and high pressure resistance,corrosion resistance.The body material is the same as the pipe line in high strength steel,which could prevent uneven stress, also have resistance of deformation in the case of the earthquake or the vehicle’s passing through the upper ground.Pipe line is aging resistance. Flange ends and other ends are upon your request.
3.Advanced computer testers are applied through the ball’s production,guaranteeing the high machining precision.
