How is the shipping for such a big machine?
The machine will be pack in nude packing just by some paper with plastic film and some small parts will be pack in wooden case.
How is the loading for the machine?
The machine will be load in 2*40HQ+1*20GP total three containers.
The seller will send 2-4 technicians to the buyer for the installing, and need the buyer send several employees for help and cooperation, and provide the water, electricity facilities and place for installing.
The seller should provide the operation manual and the routine maintenance guidance to the buyer’s engineer.
After the warranty period the seller should provide the lifelong paid service.
Q:If we have no knowledge about the foam can you help to give us all the details and teach our engineer?
A: During the install and the testing of the machine your engineer need to work together with our engineer then they can learn the foaming and the opearting of the machine.
After the testing we will also give you the best operation manual and formualtion abt the foam that you are going to make.
Q: We cant buy the raw material for foaming in our country ?
