1 Summarize
Day Night
CSM-AK3 is used in 6-35 KV power transmission and distribution line, used for indicating the position of fault current section including the short-circuit fault and ground-fault. Furthermore, it can choose a way to indicate red flag indication or led indication according to day or night. When the fault happens, the patrol personnel can locate the fault section and find out the fault point rapidly depends on the red alarm display of the fault indicator. It can greatly improve the work efficiency and shorten the time of power outage. It makes the transmission reliable.

4 Applied range
- Ø Install the indicators at the middle of a long line or the entrance of branch: they can indicate the fault section and fault branch.
- Ø Install the indicators at the exit of substation: they can judge if the fault happens indoor or outdoor.
- Ø Install the indicators at the high voltageincoming line of the user’s distribution transformer: they can judge if the fault is caused by the user.
- Ø Install the indicators at the junction of the cable and overhead line, they can distinguish if the fault is located at the cable side.
