Color coated steel coil(ppgi) is made by the processes of chemical preconditioning, first coating, precision coating and so on through a continuous rapid unit internationally in recent three decades. Its quality is more uniform and stable than the one whose surface of the formed metal is coated single or brushed one.

- Attentions in transportation and storage :
- PPGI Steel Coils should be stored in neat and tidy environment to avoid possible corrosion caused by all kinds of corrasive medium.
- The ground for storage should be flat, without hard object, and with sufficient loading-bearing capacity.
- Storage environment should be dry and ventilated. Avoiding storing outdoors or with dew or with wide temp difference.

Coil could not be dragged lest the burr caused by slicing will scratch the coil surface underneath. Coil should be handled with care, without hitting any hard object
Remarks:
Standard seaworthy export packing: 3 layers of packing
1st is kraft paper,
2nd water plastic film is in the middle and
3rd layer is GI steel sheet to be covered by steel strips with lock, with inner coil sleeve.
