1.Ceramisite uses:
Ceramisite is also called ceramic sand, is a kind of ceramic particle product with high fracturing intensity, belonging to lightweight aggregate family. Ceramisite has excellent properties, such as low density, high cylinder pressure,high porosity, tall softening coefficient , good frost resistance etc. So ceramisite widely used in building materials , gardening , refractory insulation materials, Chemical, oil, and other departments. Ceramisite used more widely with the development of technology.
2.Main Ceramisite Type:
1. Coal ash ceramisite
2. Clay ceramisite
3. Shale ceramisite
4. Construction ceramisite
3.Fuel
According to local fuel supply, using bituminous coal, crude oil or natural gas etc.
4.The whole processing line
Thewholeprocess is .crushing-drying-grinding--granulating-drying-screening-calcining-cooling
1.Crushing is to use the jaw crusher ,impact crusher ,fine crusher to crush the big size materials to the suitable size to grind:
2.the moisture content is usually very high,so it is better to dry with the rotary dryer:
4,mix the powder with the mixer
5.use the granulator to make granules or balls:
6.For the balls are wet ,it is better to dry with the rotary dryer
7.before calcine ,the unqualified balls are screened out by the rotary drum screen,then
return back to the crusher to crush again for granulator:
8.use the rotary kiln to calcine:
9.the balls’ temperature is too high ,need to cool by cooler.then the whole line is finished:
10. Packing the final products according to the client's needs.
Final products:
01 type: 0.45-0.9mm (20-40mesh) High strength with middle density
02 type: 0.9-1.25mm (16-20mesh) High strength with middle density
03 type: 1.0-1.70mm (12-18mesh) High strength with middle density
04 type: 0.224-0.65mm(40-60mesh) High strength with middle density
