The raw material to make fertilizer could be :.
1 Manure: mixture of poultry litter (PL) and animal waste (AW),such as,Slaughterhouse Waste,Fish Market,Urine and dung of cattle,Pigs,Sheep,Chicken, Ducks, Geese,Goat.etc.
2.urea, map, sop, mkp, nop,etc.

Client's biggest concern question and answer:
1 How you guarantee to mix and feed the material evenly into the machine?
The material feed into the bunkers, then belt weighers at the bottom of the bunkers weigh each kind of the material and transport it into the mixer, after mixing the material, the material was feed into the next machine. The kinds of the material determine how many bunkers to be used.
2 How to handle while the material stick on the machine?
Take dryer for example, therewill be install balls on the inwall of the dryer, while working, the ball impact the inwall of the dryer, then the material will be shaking off.
3 The comparsion of the disc granulator and the rotary drun granulator
They are both the best seller products, the biggest differences is that the capacity of the rotary drum granulator is bigger.
4 How to solve the problem of the material corrode the machine, especially the acid material?
The part of the machine which contact with the material will use stainless steel , also, the painting use good quality, such as lead oxide paint , iron oxide red( the inner paint) .
5 How about the automatic control system of the whole line?
Based on the customer needs, we can provide PLC control system, which will save cost , as well as improve the products quality.
