Description of Disc fertilizer Pelletizer:
ZL Series Disc Pelletizer is new core Patents fertilization equipment. Granulation tray's angle use a whole arc structure, rate of granule-becoming up to 93%. Granulating disc have three feed-out mouth, convenient for intermittent production, greatly reduced the labor intensity, improve labor efficiency. Reducer and motor use Flexible belt transmission, have a smooth start-up, slow down impact, improve using life of equipment. Granulation tray's bottom using a number of radiation steel plate to strengthen, sturdiness and durability, never deformation. Thicken, aggravation. Solid base design, not need been fixed by anchor bolt, smooth operation. Disc Pelletizer main gear use high-frequency quenching, life increase to 1 time. Disc Granulator plate lined with high-strength glass fiber, anti-corrosion and durable.
Working principle:
The pan revolves at a certain angle with horizontal plane driven by the motor through reducer. The powder will ride along with the revolving pan underthe friction between the powder an dthe pan . on the other hand the powder will fall down under the function of its gravity. At the same time , the powder is to the pan dege because of the centrifugal force. The power material rolls in a certain trace under the function of these three forces. It gradually becomes th erequired size, then overflows by the pan dege.
Features:
Final ball is even, easy control water in ball, high ball strength, and the structure is simple, conveniently control, little energy depletion, revolve steady etc. This machine is suitable for conveying of materials with granularity less than 50mm, while it is not suitable for cohesive materials, easy-to-flow or hard-to-flow materials.
