1.Introduction to the working principle:
In the dryer, high speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspend state, then the raw material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and materials suspending in air stream the heat transfer surface between air and raw material is large, so the heat transfer rate is high.
2. Applicable raw material:
It is special suitable for drying heat senitive material like sawdust, rick hull, milled wheat straw, milled cotton, corn stalks and so on. it also can be used for drying the grain better.
3. What can our HGJ Hot air dryer do?
The HGJ series dryer has the feature of low cost but high efficiency. it can reduce moisture from 40-45% to 8-12%
4. Fuel for the dryer's furnace: wood waste, coal, waste oil and so on
General introduction
Wood dryer is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks
and so on. The moisture of wet materials is at 2030%. The wood dryer is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet,
steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates
hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly.
And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan). This wood dryer reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.
