I. Introduction of sawdust hot air dryer
It issuitable for dryingsensitive material like sawdust, rice hull, milled wheat straw, milled cotton/ corn stalks and so on.It is made up of heat stove, tube, impulse jar, function tube, fan, and cyclone separator.It can reduce moisture from 40-45% to 8-12%.
Fuel for the furnace: wood waste, coal. Waste oil and so on.
Regarding HGJ-I and HGJ-II Type Dryer, it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between 20%-25%.It can reduce the MS to 8%-12% one drying time.
Regarding HGJ- III it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between 35%-50%.It can reduce the humidity to 8%-12% one drying time. That means it can reduce approx.30% for one drying time. But if the humidity of materials is lower than 35%, the capacity will be increased with less of fuel
It is professionally designed for drying different kinds of wood sawdust. It has advantages of low cost, low consumption, high capacity, easy operation and maintainace, etc. In addition, the round places of pipes can be changed to any angle which can save space and solve plant dimension limitation.
(Note: If the moisture of raw materials is more than 45%, the furnace required the bigger, please inform us when ordering.)
II. Working Principle of sawdust hot air dryer:
Wet material is input into the hopper. The stove generates hot air, hot air mixed with wet sawdust and then sucked into
the pipes by the exhaust blower , flowing and go though thecurving pipes and (drying chamber) of dryer, thus the wet
sawdust is dried, and the dried sawdust is discharged from the outlet with air lock.
