It is specially suitable for drying heat sensitive material like sawdust, rice hull, milled wheat straw cotton/corn stalks, etc.
Component: air heater with heat-exchanger, rotary-cylinder,centrifugal shedder
Features:
1) it is specially designed to dry the sawdust material, combining the function of drying and cooling, so it can save 30-50% energy.
2) During the drying process, the best moisture content of pellets is about 13-15%, the function of the rotary dryer is to make the crushed pieces with suitable moisture.
3)The Rotary Dryer is made up of stove and main rotary body, which can realize to reduce the moisture from 60%-10%. The stove is fueled by coal, which can save electricity consumption largely.

2 Non-pollution to the large materials guarantees minimal loss of their color, favor, and mutritional ingredients;
3 smoke collector working with the air heating system adopts water-recled wet-type collecting method, and ensure the exhausted gas to satisfy the environmental protection requrirement as well as the lowest water consumption.
