--Explanation of process:

The charcoal briquette machine production line can be used in producing high quality charcoal shaft with low cost from sawdust, corn cob and peanut shell, cotton stalk, etc. The machine-made charcoal has no smoke and smell, no pollution and residuals, its burning time is three times of the ordinary charcoal. Its carbon content reaches 85% and more and its calorific value reaches 7000-9000 kilocalorie (different material contains different charcoal and calorific value in different indices). It is applicable in metallurgy and chemical industries, especially in the barbecue industry. It has become indispensable fuel in the food industry.

3.5-4t raw material containing water content of 30-40% can produce one ton finished machine-made charcoal.

The ex-works price of machine-made charcoal here is about usd250/T at present.
3. What’s the difference between machine-made charcoal and ordinary charcoal?
All indices of machine-made charcoal are higher than that of ordinary charcoal, furthermore its burning time is 3 times longer than ordinary charcoal.
4. What’s the cost of producing machine-made charcoal?
Cost varies according to local production conditions and raw material price. Here is around usd120 per ton in China at present.
