Introduction

4) Carbonization equipment through the dry distillation purification, the smoke can convert the semi-finished bars to smoke free, tasteless, non-toxic cleaning charcoal, with professional technical support and risk free.
Main materials
Groundnut shell, sugarcane biogases, caster shell/stalk, sawdust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalk,
tobacco waste mustard stalk, jute waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw, palm husk, soybean husk, coir pitch bark/straw,
rice husk, forestry waste, wood chips and many other agricultural waste.
Main machines
crusher, screener, dryer, briquetter, carbon bar furnace, conveyor, power box, charcoal packager, etc.
a. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
b. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 12%
c. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
d. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
e. Carbonized the briquette stick
f. Packed charcoal briquette
