Specifications
colored steel plate put into the roller forming part, after finishing to pressed part, cutting knife is charge for cutting.Tile press machine is made of tree parts, roller forming part, pressed part, cutting knife part. Roller forming part is dragged by motor and roller turned by chain. Pressed part the mold up and down moving by hydraulic cylinder, it can press the steel plate to many section, like glazed tile. Cutting knife part the mold up and down moving by hydraulic cylinder, it can cut the colored steel tile. The production process: colored steel plate put into the roller forming part, after finishing to pressed part, cutting knife is charge for cutting. Tile press machine have many parameters should be set with textscr. There are two kinds of parameter setting: equipment parameter and user parameter. Equipment parameters: Single pulse long, Pressed from distance, pressed form time, cutting time, etc. User parameters: quantity, longth, start pitch, end pitch, distance of pitch, number of pitch, etc.
