Anhui Wuyang Tool Machine Manufacturing Ltd. is located in the Chu&Han Cultural city which named Maanshan. The company was established in 2005, has nearly 10 years experience of production. Our company covers an area of 30000 square meters, including production building area of nearly 15000 square meters; and our company existing more than 120 staff, which including 20 people that got the bachelor degree, and technical personnel 65 persons. From 2011, our company was built a joint venture with Tianshui Forging machine tool (group) co., Ltd. to produce multi-function hydraulic press, three beam four column hydraulic press, gantry hydraulic press, double column hydraulic press, fast hydraulic press, shearing machine, forging machine tool, punching machine and so on. All technical talents are made by Tianshui group head office stationed. Our company adhering to advantage of the talent technical and is committed to the development and production of various models hydraulic press, of which the factory have produced and exported many sets of hydraulic press independently so far. In 2014, our company passed ISO9001 quality management system certification.
The machine pressure head can do fixed set-point control,namely the head can achieve effective stroke face within the scope of any specifying points to adjustment link and structural member,medium thickness plate leveling,axis parts alignment and bending,stretching,pressing and processing.This machine with my company original creation micro technolog so can do accurate micro control to pressure head .therefore it suitable for processing precision pressing
This series of machine tool is our company first independent successfully developed in 1978.Basic models have single gantry single head,derived type have double gantry double head,double gantry four pressure head or more and table can widened extension.it can be widely used in engineering machinery,railway locomotive,automobile,shipbuilding,petrochemical,chemical industry,aviation,etc.
