A: Our warranty is 1 years since battery warranty we got is for 1 year
Q: In case we need to replace the battery , How should we change it ,will you can give us support by teaching our engineer ?
A: To replace the battery inside is easy . Just open the battery box and customer will can replace and reconnect the battery
very easy . For sure to teach the engineer is one part of our after sells service .
Q: What kind of applications can be used with that system
A : The home system we designed is for lighting , Fan ,TV , Laptop etc..
Q : Can we make small trial order like 20sets to test the market ?
A: Yes , no problem , we would like to develop step by step with our partner in the market
