A: Our warranty is 2 years , and can expand to 5 years by adding some extra cost
Q: What you mean by LCD+LED Display?
A: Our controller first have LED Indicator to show the charging status & Battery condition , but mean while , we also have an
LCD Display to show the customer the type of the battery , charging current , voltage and capacity been charged into the
battery or even faulty , so customer can see it very easy .
Q: What you mean by saying 5 stage charging model ? It seems this only happens in charger .
A : Yes , you are correct , we are using a similar battery charger technology in order to help charge the battery better with
solar panel . Our Charge controller have Soft Start , Bulk Charging , Absorption charge , Equlization charge & Float
charge , total 5 stage charging model .
With that kind technology , customer will can connect the controller with battery all the time, the controller will maintain the
battery automaticlly , and besides, when some times a battery was over discharged , then the Equlization charging model
will can be help to rescure the battery life .
Q : What you mean by 4 types of battery option ?
A: Our digital series controller are design specially target for 4 type of battery , which are : AGM ,GEL ,Wet and Calcium ,
when use our controller ,customer can choose the right type of battery . In the diagram of our controller ,we have
design different charging voltage for different battery , so customer should choose the right battery type .
Q. Do you provide Free sample ?
A. Sorry consider this item cost is not very cheap we don't provide free sample for that item . But we can refund the sample
charge back when quantity reach 500sets .
