About Shipping:
• We have a good Logistic department with long term cooperation, such as DHL,FXDEX, UPS and Shipping Company. While your contact information are all needed. For example, destination port and country, phone number and contact address,etc.
• Photos for the product will be sent to our customer before packing up. Also photos for the shipping package will be sent in advance before loading the container.
• When the items arrive the port, the shipper will notify you to clearance custom and pick up the goods. And we will also inform you in advance.
Packging
• To protect our cargo during the shipping, we usually use hard paper carton which will add some foam boards between glass and the paper board. Also the angle bead will be used for each angle of the glass.
• In order to avoid the damage from the transport the wooden case will request by our clients, while it will request some extra charges. If you have requests about it, please make an announcement when you contact us.
Announcements:
• Each of our shipping cargo have been strictly examined before packing up. Any damage caused during shipping do not belongs to quality defaults. There will be no return under these kinds of situation.
• If you fond any quality problem of our products, welcome to contact us. And we would like to negotiate about it with a happy ending.
• Special requests shall announced in advance, we do not accept a sudden change for the established order. Especially, shorten the producing period.
• We do not offer free samples, while sample costs can be shared during the bulk order.
