Shipping
• We have a good Logistic department with long term cooperation, such as DHL,FXDEX, UPS and Shipping Company. While your contact information are all needed. For example, destination port and country, phone number and contact address,etc.
• Photos for the product will be sent to our customer before packing up. Also photos for the shipping package will be sent in advance before loading the container.
• When the items arrive the port, the shipper will notify you to clearance custom and pick up the goods. And we will also inform you in advance.
Packging
• Each Item will be wrapped with transparent film, which can protect from being scratched, and then in pearl cotton.
• To protect our cargo during the shipping, we usually use hard paper carton which will add some foam boards between glass and the paper board. Each angle would be protected and more safe.
• After all the shower enclosure are fragile products, we generally advice plywood packaging would be more safe in shipping, it will request a little extra charge. If you have requests about it, please notify when you contact us.
