HR-520 High thermal washable plastic granules, excellent adhesion, abrasion performance, product complies with European EN-71 and U.S. ASTM, phthalates, RoHS and other environmental standards. For a variety of clothing, shoes, all kinds of fabric heat transfer process (knitted fabrics, Lycra) high elastic washable heat transfer and so on. Resistant to washing at 45 degrees 20-30 times.
High washable thermal transfer per pack 25KG, a package can melt into particles about 55KG transfer glue, reduce costs, ease of use, screen printing 80-120 mesh gauze, high flexibility, feel good, adding resin powder can make it dries faster, adding 15-30% of hot melt powder printing, and then over bake 120-160 degrees, if it is meal can be sprinkled on top before hand transfer glue is dry. Mainly for OPP film and PET film.

Use: first particles with a solvent ratio of 1:1 (to increase or decrease demand, the concentration of self-control of glue), calculate the required amount of solvent, and then the solvent was added to the heat transfer in the hot melt adhesive particles, mixed, placed 24 hours until fully dissolved particles can be used.
