1. The features of machinery
1. LBP1800 vertical insulating glass flat-pressing production line which is controlled by PLC system,has frequency control,running smoothly and touch type holds control.This machinery is the best choise for flat-press insulating glass.
2. This equipment contains seven parts,glass transporter,glass wash ,drying ,inspecting,aluminum spacer bar install,flat-pressing,insulating glass transporter,tilting table.
3. The third is the operation of the human interface,you can controll it in real time.
2. The advantage of insulating glass production line
1. The production line is composed of vertical glass inspection transporter,vertical automatic glass scavenging dehydrator,vertical automatic aluminium frame locating machine,vertical glass flat pressing ,vertical glass reversible transporter ,binding machine,butyl extruder machine ,bicomponent rubber-beating machine ,moleclar sieve bottler ,and rotaly rubber-spreading machine.
2. The production line is composed with PLc programs ans has adopted advanced Austrian technology and flat press mode which is quite popular in the world in the production of hollow glass ,the automatic flat press machine has a unique designation of two boxes(the box in the front is extracted to a vacuum state and the box in the back is responsible for providing driving momentum with floating air)to enable the two pieces of glass bindingnto one on one time .
3. It is also suitable for producting hollow glass of different size,shaped hollow glass and glass curtain walls and three-layer hollow glass.
4. It is characterized with stable property,precise measurement and high efficiency.
