2. Machine Introduction

 

The  production line is composed of glass transporter, automatic glass scavenging dehydrator, glass inspection transporter, automatic aluminium frame locating machine, glass reversible transpoers, binding machine, butyl extruder machine, bicomponent rubber-beating machine, moleclar sieve bottler, and rotaiy  rubber-spreading machine.

 

Controlled with PLC programs. The rolling machine is also controlled with computer programs to specify different pressing time for different parts and to ensure all the frames of hollo glass are under even pressure in the whole producing process.
