Weida introduce from abroad advanced technology and combining domestic tile making technology research and developed this machine-WYJ0001-1 Roof tiles Press. The performance is better than the same prodcut of abroad.
The machine featured of equpping with 6 press platforms, the platforms pressing in turn when the axis moves. When working, after the first pressurizing,the upper mould will arise 10mm to let the adobe dischaged air fully,then do the next pressurization to forming the bricks. thus the mould performance life is long and the product quality is good.
The machine also characterized of compact structure, high capaicty, stabe performance. It could be installation for working alone, but need manpower load and unload the clay blank. We suggest equipped with our automatic feeder manipulator and automatic discharge manipulator, make up a prodcution line with extruder, autamatic cutter, converyor. Boxe feeder and other machines.
