Sucker Rod Pump and tubing pump For Downhole Oil Drilling Equipment
The oil well pump, the major equipment in the rod production system, is driven by the motive power transmitted by pumping unit or sucker rods to pump out fluid in oil wells. Products comply with Technical Specifications on Underground Rod-Type Oil Well Pumps and Accessories (API Spec 11AX), Specifications on Oil Well Pumps and Components (GB/T18607) and other related standards, and have acquired the authorization to use Official API Monogram. Besides standard tubular and sucker rod pumps, the company also produces anti-gas/sand/salt/carbon powder pumps, across bridge pumps, inclined well pumps and other special oil well pumps.
1,The pump barrel is made of high-quality special tubes, and the internal surface is hardened through chrome or nickel-phosphorus plating, resulting high strength, rigidness and corrosion-resistant performance.
2,The surface of the plunger is subject to build-up welding with nickel-based alloy powder, thus the corrosion-resistant performance is enhanced.
3,The valve ball and seat are made of high carbon chromium stainless steel, tungsten carbide, titanium carbide or other materials, thus its service life is extended.
