Product standards
This product according to GB/T 12527-12527 "rated voltage up to and including 0.6/1 kv overhead insulated cable" and "the rated voltage 1 ~ 30 kv insulated power cables and accessories, such as standard.
Using the feature
Rated voltage: Uo/U for 0.6/1 kv
Cable conductor does not exceed the allowed long-term work of temperature:
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene insulated overhead cables: 70 °C
Cross-linked polyethylene insulating aerial cable: 90 °C
When the short circuit (the longest duration of no more than 5 s) cable conductor allows the highest temperature should not be more than:
PVC insulated overhead cables: 160 °C
Polyethylene insulation overhead cables: 130 °C
Cross-linked polyethylene insulating aerial cable: 250 °C
When the ambient temperature under installation should not below - 20 °C
Permissive bending radius of cable:
Cable diameter D less than 25 mm, should be not more than 4 times of cable diameter.
Cable diameter D is equal to or greater than 25 mm, should be no more than 6 times of cable diameter.
When the cable used in ac system, cable of rated voltage should be at least equal to the rated voltage of the system; When the cables use in dc system, the rated voltage of the system should not be greater than 1.5 times of the rated voltage.
