Machine Features:
For thin plate cutting 0.3mm to 50mm mild steel plate cutting.

The machine mainly consists of work table, beam, trolley, guide rail and CNC system. Beam and trolley adopts steel structure. Longitudinal direction
adopts belt pulley hard synchro structure, transversal and longitudinal guide rails adopt Φ25mm ball bearing steel. CNC system adopts
10" Honeybee CNC system, support all kinds of plasma sources.
1. Longitudinal driving adopts beltpulley hard synchrostructure. A sychro shaft cross the beam,which realized electrical part and mechanical part synchronized movement.
2.Adopts high torque (15NM) AC servo motor,equal to 4sets of 750W motors. Speed adjusting range 0--36 m/min.(common machine speedjust max12m/min.
High inertiamotor driving,machine runningmore stable, better cutting quality!
3.Adopts synchro belt to buff and absorb shock,getgood cutting quality.
