Application:
The machine is suitable for multi-color border printing on roll-shape materials in good performance, such as cellophane, BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, aluminum foil, and paper, with wide application for all types of high-end presswork.
Features:
* In permutation and combination style, it can be add or reduce the printing color cell and add the reverse printing mechanism as requirement.
* Shaftless pneumatic conic node plate for easy replacement.
* Dynamic balance aluminum alloy roller and closed drier. Energy saving and quick drying.
* Automatic control system of constant temperature.
* Unrolling device adopts automatic tension control and magnetic powder brake control.
* Vector frequency control for winding device and hauling device.
* Pneumatic backpressure movable scraper.
* Ink circulatory system and inflatable shaft for rolling and unrolling.
* High precision gear case transmission. Adopts forced lubrication and oil cooler.
* Built-in dual-station whirling stand for rolling and unrolling without machine halt.
* Full-automatic register device. Static testing images optionally available.
