2015 New High speed Dry Laminating Machine
Application:
* This machine is applicable to the BOPP.PET.CPP.PVC.PE paper, aluminum foil rolling material two layer or multi-layer, laminating to a kind of packaging material with the advantage such as high strength, high preservation, steam resistance and boil resistance.
Features:
* Host reeling and coating, oven motor adopts frequency conversion motor.
* Automatic PLC five motor tension control system.
* Shaftless pneumatic conic node loading roller, convenient to replace the plate.
* Dynamic balance aluminum alloy roller, sealed oven which is dry fast. Automatic constant temperature control system.
* Independent turret type bidirectional rotary biaxial double station material receiving frame by LPC automatic correction.
* Glue circulation system, pneumatic back press type moving scraper, pneumatic type loading and unloading shaft.
* Laminating roller double oil circulation heating, uniform heating, accurate temperature control.
