* The function of downward blowing and water cooling ensure the excellent transparency of the film.
* The pre-cooling of cooling water ring and the sharp cooling of sizing cover’s overflow water enable the film bubble to be stable, thus distribute the thickness evenly.
* The first and second driving system adopt the high speed control of the converter, the rewinding system adopts the driving of the moment motor, so the film tension is constant.
* Hot drying device enables the film surface to be dry enough, which is good for the conrona treatment.
* The extruder has a high output and good plastifying effect.
* The operation of electrical control system is reliable.
* It is suitable for the material production of PP,LDPE,MLLDPE.
* PP film is with the brightness and transparency, It is the ideal packing material for the top-class garment, handicrafts, photo album, gift bags, and food package.
