General Description of  Milk Powder Making Machine Spray Dryer 

Centrifugal spray dryer is a special equipment,which is suitable for producing powder, particle or solid block products from raw materials of solution, emulsion, suspension and plastic paste liquid.
Spray drying is an ideal process when the finished particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape must conform to precise standards.

Work Principle of Milk Powder Making Machine Spray Dryer 

The air would be into the top of the air distributor of the dryer after filtering and heating,and then the hot air spirals into the drying chamber evenly.
The feed liquid would be sprayed into the extremely fine mist liquid beads when it passes through the top of the tower high-speed centrifugal atomizer (rotary),and then dried into a finished product after contacting with the hot air flow in a very short period of time.
The finished product would be sent out from the bottom of the drying tower, and the cyclone separator,waste gas is evacuated by the fan.

Features of  Milk Powder Making Machine Spray Dryer 

1,Fast-drying, greatly increasing the surface area of feed liquid after atomization. In the hot airflow,95% -98% moisture would be evaporated instantly, the drying time is only several seconds , it is particularly suitable for drying heat sensitive materials;
2,The products are in good uniformity, high fluidity, solubility, purity and good quality;
3,The production process is simple,easy to operate and control,40-60% moisture content  ( special materials, up to 90%) of the liquid could be dried into a powder product one time, and dried without crushing and screening, it reduces the production processes, and improves purity of the product .The particle size, bulk density and moisture of product could be adjusted within certain scope by changing the operating conditions,it is convenient for controlling and managing.
