About the single-shaft mixer:
1. HJD250 animal feed machine mixer is widely used to mix animal feed and fertilizer powder, granule etc.various liquid can be added. Now it is widely used in animal feed and fertilizer industry, aquatic product breeding,chemical industry, medicine and so on.
2. HJD250 animal feed machine mixer has two input feeding doors ,the outlet discharging doors both have manual and pneumatic type, generally larger than 1000 Model will install pneumatic discharging door , in this way, no need to operate by manual.The discharge speed is very fast, and there is no residual left after discharged .
3. HJD250 animal feed machine mixer Mixing time is short (3-5 minutes /batch). Adding input and outlet time,the mixing time is about 15-20minutes per batch(full load working), it can mix 4-6times per hour. The degree of homogeneity is high(cv is smaller than 5%), the mixing time can be adjusted according to feeding materials speed and quanity.
4. HJD250 animal feed machine mixer has single two-- layer ribbon shaft inside,mixing efficiency
and working balance are both very high .all steel materials of mixer can be changed into full stainless or carbon steel according to raw materials charactor.
5. HJD250 animal feed machine mixer inside ribbon shaft mixing balance degree are both very stable ,
when works, shaft doesn’t have shaking, also the gap between shaft and mixer body is very reasonable , now it is our national free inspection mixing machine.
