Product characteristics
l can polish 6 samples with 30mm diameter at the same time (or 6 sample with 40mm, 3 samples with 50mm)
l Single point aerodynamic loading, no need for sample gripping
l Multiple functions within one machine: achieving all grinding and polishing procedures of metallographic sample in one machine e.g. coarse grinding, precision grinding, coarse polishing and precision polishing.
l Dedicated frequency-converting speed-regulating system containing three stages of speed and stepless speed regulation:
Three stages of speed: customer can define three commonly used speed for pre-grinding, grinding and polishing respectively.
Stepless speed regulation: the grinding disc rotating speed can go from 0 rpm to 1000 rpm with 8 stages of speed programming and automatic shutdown, convenient for high-level customers to fulfill metallographic sample preparation.
l Switch on/off water using electromagnetic valve. The grinding disc has automatic water spray cleaning device to avoid drainage pipe blockage.
l Nice Appearance. Sturdy and durable.
