The main frame adopted frequency converter for governing. the temperature controller adopts Omron product. the vacuum pump of the auxiliary machine and drawing motor both adopt high-quality products.
the maintenance is simple and convenient. the unit is also able to straight extrude special-shaped artificial wood foamed material. the result is better than that of the single-screw extruder.
The forming table could select the specification such as 4m,6m,8m,11m etc according to the different moulds. it is euqipped with the parallel double-screw main frame,which is especially suitable for the high-speed extrusion of the profiles.
