1)The line uses a SJ65 or SJ75,SJ90, SJ100 or SJ120 single screw extruder and co extruder SJ35 or SJ45 equipped with the inverter, imported electronic componentd and PT100 platinum resistance which can get wide asjusting range and precise temperature control.
2)The down stream equipment is composed by special designed dies, water cooling tank, haul-off machine thermo printer etc for producing different color and different types PS products.
3)The stable haul off unit and cutter guarantee the precision of production.
4)It is characterized of good plastification, high output, long life and other advantages.
