SJSZ 65 twin screw extruder for making PPR/PPR/PE PIPE
1. SISZ series Cone Double-screw-stem Extruder is a kind of special equipment for all kinds of PVC power extruding and forming. It is equipped with different modules and auxiliary machines can produce all kinds of PVC plastic pipe materials, sheet materials, bar materials and gains.
2. The cylinder adopts aluminum heater and air-cooling system. It has the characteristics of quick and heat radiation, convenient operation and maintenance and others.
3: The core of the screw adopts auto circular cool regulating system to raise efficiency. According to the different prescription demands of the consumers, the company can make up the most reasonable screw stem to reach the best plasticizing state and material flow quality.
4: The reducer and distribution box adopt imported bearings and imported paint. The gearwheel adopts 38 CrMoAIA alloy steel and processed by nitrogen.
5: The temperature –control system adopts imported temperature –control can reach 1°C Electric motor adopts AC power motor, imported frequency and speed control system, or DC power motor. Switzerland and Sweden ABB inverter control system. The electric control system has multiple alarm function and current protective device.
